Georgia Lewis – Managing Director
Georgia Lewis (Rongowhakaata and Tuwharetoa of New Zealand Maori descent) has been a Director of the Integrity Group Pty Ltd since November 2012. It’s a role that allows her to utilise her strong interest in promoting a “By Aboriginal, For Aboriginal and To Aboriginal” concept toward self determination.
Georgia has held senior roles in the industry relating to Aboriginal affairs, particularly as CEO for an Aboriginal Corporation in the South West as well as a manager of Native Title Trusts. A career highlight was supporting 12 Aboriginal groups to set up and drive their own Aboriginal Corporations in the Pilbara region so that they could receive royalties under their ILUA.
Georgia has an interest in strategies for social change and extensive professional experience in the family violence prevention field including working with courts, programme development, provider training, research and policy a career that has spanned 15 years. With a keen eye for business and investment, in the late 1980’s to mid 1990’s Georgia was Managing Director of the now international company Fastway Couriers.
Georgia holds a BA in Sociology and Politics and an LLB (Victoria) and has written and presented her paper “Coping and Resilience for Indigenous People” in Dubrovnik, Croatia by invitation from the Brisbane Institute of Strengths Based Practise.
Leon Stielow – Non-executive Director
Leon Stielow is a non-executive Director of the Integrity Group Pty Ltd. Leon has a passion and determination to maximise the potential of Aboriginal people toward financial freedom.
Leon worked for BKR Walker Wayland for almost five years in the position of Audit Manager during which he gathered extensive experience with various corporations.
Since leaving BKR in April 2000 Leon worked as a CFO for a dotcom online store company then an ASX listed mining company before deciding to commence public practice, and has since established a large audit client base which now forms part of Stielow & Associates.
Leon has strong relationships with IBN Aboriginal Corporation, Ashburton, Derby Media, Emama Gnuda, Winun Ngari, Mowanjum, Marra Worra, Pandanus Park, Wangkatjungka, Yungngora, Yakanara, Ngunga Womens, Mirima Council, PRK Radio, Warrangarri Media to name a few.
Amanda Swainson – Client Relationships Manager
Amanda Swainson is of English and New Zealand Maori descent and has been the Office Manager for the Integrity Group Pty Ltd since January 2015. She graduated from UWA in 2016 with her B.Com degree double major in Human Resources and Business Management.
Amanda has worked as an office administrator for an Aboriginal Corporation while completing her university studies.
Amanda believes that today’s youth are tomorrow’s leaders and that in order to effect positive change, it is better to be a participant than a bystander. Amanda feels that she is in a stronger position as a young person to nurture and work alongside Aboriginal youth keen to enter higher education and into the professional workforce.
